South Lane R/C Modelers has a beautiful airfield for you to enjoy. It offers a 600 ft. grass runway well manicured in a park like setting. Located east of Cottage Grove, be prepared to fly with some of the friendliest folks in the hobby. Our members like to meet new people, and we welcome your participation in our activities. Whether you are new to the hobby, an experienced modeler, or just want to watch the fun, you and your guests are invited!

Have you ever wanted to pilot a model aircraft? Learn to fly and keep your feet on the ground. Visit one of our meetings and meet some of the nicest people in the hobby. Or contact us to meet at the field and give it a try, FREE! We enjoy helping new members become successful modelers. It is never too soon or too late to get started. Pilot training available to new modelers just learning how to get into the air.
